Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri). Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping times (US): 5–10 business days after processing. Shipping cost: FREE on all US orders.
Delays can occasionally occur during high-demand periods or due to carrier issues; if your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us at support@vorletta.com and we'll resolve it or refund you.
We currently ship to the United States only.
