Where's my order?
Every Vorletta order ships with full tracking. Here's how it works:
- Order confirmation — you'll receive an email the moment your order is placed.
- Shipping confirmation — within 24–48 hours you'll get a second email with your tracking number and a live tracking link.
- Delivery — most US orders arrive within 5–9 business days.
Open the tracking link in your shipping email at any time to see exactly where your package is.
Can't find your tracking email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email us at support@vorletta.com with your order number and we'll send it right over — usually within a few hours.
